Public Access Computers
All 5 Augusta County Library locations offer free access to internet computers for a 45 minute session on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no one waiting, session lengths may be extended. You can use the public access computers for up to 3 hours per day.
Fishersville Library has laptops that may be checked out to use anywhere in the building for up to 2 hours per day. We also have a SKYPE laptop. Stop by the Help Desk or read our official policy for more details
All Augusta County library buildings have secure wireless access for those who want to bring their own laptops, tablets and other mobile devices. Wi-Fi can be accessed 24/7 from the parking lot. Wireless printing is available at the Fishersville Library.

Printing & Scanning
You may print from our public access computers at any library location. Fishersville and Churchville have color printing and scanning as well. You can also print from your computer at the Fishersville Library. Learn more about Wireless Printing at the Fishersville Main Library.
- Black and white printing – $0.15 per page
- Color printing (Churchville & Fishersville) – $0.50 per page
- Scanning (Churchville & Fishersville) – $0.10 per page
All public access computers are connected to the internet and loaded with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. At Fishersville, our adult computers also include Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Elements. We also have a laptop that has SKYPE.
Take a Class
Technology classes are offered several times a month at the Fishersville Main Library and include a variety of computer topics from basic skills to email. They are occasionally offered at the outlying locations. In addition, one-on-one help is available at Churchville & Fishersville by appointment. Click here to see a list of our Technology Classes.
