About Our Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for free public use during regular library hours at both the Fishersville and Churchville locations. Only community and not-for-profit groups may utilize the spaces. Requests for room availability outside of regular operating hours are subject to an hourly fee. See our complete Meeting Room Policy for full details.
Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting each library directly. By reserving a room, you agree to the terms of our official policy.
Who do I contact to reserve a room?
- For Churchville, contact Jack Holt at (540) 245-5287 or email@example.com for availability.
- For Fishersville, contact Daza Craig at (540) 885-3961 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also immediately submit your application online – Daza will contact you when she receives it to confirm your reservation. Availability is shown on the calendar below.
