Library COVID Response Information

• Augusta County Library hours and services are currently limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Meeting rooms, notary services, proctoring services, Book-a-Librarian sessions, and in-depth technological assistance are unavailable at this time.

• Curbside service is provided at Churchville, Craigsville, Fishersville, Middlebrook, Stuarts Draft, and Weyers Cave. Click here for more information about curbside pick-up.

• Masks and social distancing are required when entering library locations that are open to the public.

All return materials are being quarantined for 7 days. They will be checked in and removed from patron accounts once they are out of quarantine. Please disregard any overdue notices you may receive on items that have already been returned.

• Please note that we are not accepting donations at this time. Do not put donations in our book drops.

If you or someone in your household have been diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not visit the library or return library materials until all members of your household have received medical clearance to do so. Please contact your local library via telephone to discuss due date extensions or other account concerns. Valley Libraries staff members are willing to provide account accommodations to you for the safety of staff and other library patrons. Don’t forget – all Valley Libraries are now fine free, so you will not be charged overdue fines for late items.
